All Kippah Queen Kippah’s are custom and made specifically for our client. There are no returns. If you are dissatisfied with an item, please contact us and we will address it on a case by case basis. 

Refund Policy

Advanced Payment is required on all kippot including shipping. If you make any changes after your initial order you may incur an additional fee of $25.00. You will receive a picture proof of your kippah. If you make any changes after the sew out picture proof you will be charge an additional $25.00. Once that kippah is approved it goes into production and there will be no refunds.
